1. Introduction

SIA "KKC" (hereinafter – the Controller), on the website www.carful.lv (hereinafter – the Website), processes personal data obtained from the data subject – the Website user (hereinafter – the User).

If the User submits personal data to the Controller via telephone, website contact forms, email, or other mail, we store and use this information to fulfill or enter into a service agreement, including:

Data is disclosed to the Controller's employees who require it for their direct duties to fulfill or enter into a service agreement. We also utilize external service providers who strictly follow our instructions under contract and are continuously monitored by us.

Data subjects include: current, former, and potential customers of the Controller, as well as other persons expressing a desire to contact the Controller.

7. Data Transfer Outside of Latvia

Collected data is not intended to be transferred outside of Latvia, the European Union, or the European Economic Area, nor will it be transferred to any international organization. However, as the Website is linked to Google and Facebook services, the Controller cannot guarantee that these companies will not transfer data outside the EU or EEA.

8. Duration of Data Storage

We process and store User data as long as there is a legal obligation for either party to retain it. After these circumstances end, data is deleted no later than three months later, unless there is a legal obligation (e.g., for accounting or litigation purposes) to retain it further.
